  • Call for Proposals: 13th EU Studies Conference (Deadline: March 27)
    The European Union Center at the University of Illinois invites proposals for the 13th Illinois EU Studies Conference, scheduled to take place Wednesday, April 12 to Friday, April 14.
  • Illinois Global Institute Career Day 2023
    Current and recent University of Illinois graduate and undergraduate students are invited to attend the Illinois Global Institute Career Day on Friday, March 3. Make sure to register by Monday, February 20 at 5:00pm CST to schedule an information interview with a panelist. 
  • Call for Proposals: Summer 2023 Course Development Grants for 2023-24 Area Studies Courses at Community Colleges and Minority-Serving Institutions
    The European Union Center at the University of Illinois is pleased to offer summer funding to support ongoing curricular innovation involving European studies in the 2023-24 academic year. The deadline to apply is May 14.

  • EUC Professional Development Grants (Deadline: Dec. 20)
    The European Union Center welcomes applications for EUC Professional Development Grants to support research travel or to present a paper at an academic conference. We can provide funding of up to $500 for domestic conference travel and up to $1,000 for international conference travel.
