Emanuel Rota, Director of the European Union Center, recently conducted an interview with Mary Kavanagh, Minister-Counselor of Research & Innovation at the Delegation of the EU to the U.S., on the EU's role in research, EU-U.S. scientific collaborations, and funding opportunities through the EU that are available to scholars and researchers from around the world. This year, the European Commission's flagship research and innovation event, European Research and Innovation Days, is taking place September 22-24, 2020 and is fully online and open to the public.
