Study abroad is quickly becoming an indispensable component of the undergraduate experience, and LAS International Programs and the European Union Center are partnering to provide some training in study abroad while working to improve the quality of the undergraduate experience at Illinois. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can work independently while coordinating with the needs and priorities of our offices. Major duties include coordinating joint projects between Illinois centers in Europe and the Urbana-Champaign campus, researching courses abroad that can meet the needs of our students, and coordinating and leading info sessions on global engagement opportunities involving Europe, including scholarships, research and internships. The student in this position will gain critical administrative experience in the field of international education and exchange.
